In this series, TCU aims to give regular condensed “state of THORChain” updates. Enjoy!
1. Update v3.4.0
On 1-Apr, v3.4.0 update was adopted. A few highlights from the update were: a) adding Rujira merge contract permissions & Token Factory, b) adding Mimir to inhibit per-pool LP deposits, and c) adding XRP chain integration code.

2. Bug Patches
V3.4.1 was updated to patch a UTXO mempool scanning issue.
3. Adjustment to Incentive Pendulum
On 2-Apr, nodes voted — via the PendulumUseEffectiveSecurity mimir — to adjust the Incentive Pendulum to track the Effective Security Bond in place of the prior metric, Total Effective Bond.

4. Arkeo Airdrop for THORChain Users
On 3-Apr, Arkeo launched their airdrop claiming portal (for THORChain users, among others): https://claim.arkeo.network/
5. Enabled Switch for Kujira Assets
With the adoption of v3.4.0; nodes proceeded to vote to enable Kujira Assets to be merged into THORChain. On 4-Apr, the relevant mimirs were set, and merging season began!
Here is a good resource regarding the merge: https://rujihub.com/introduction-to-the-merge
6. Disabled LP Deposits into Highly Synth-Leveraged Pools (Prop 6)
As part of Prop 6 implementation, v3.4.0 saw nodes successfully vote to disable LP deposits into highly synth-leveraged pools. On 7-Apr, the relevant mimirs were set for six pools: BTC, ETH, DOGE, BCH, BNB and LTC.
Subsequently, on 10-Apr, BTC LP withdrawals were reenabled (these had been disabled since Feb due to a related bug, which was remedied by pausing LP deposits).
7. Reduce BTC Inbound Maximum Confirmation Blocks
On 13-Apr, nodes were invited to vote for reducing BTC inbound maximum confirmation blocks from three to two, for faster swaps. This vote was passed on 29-Apr.
