BitMax Liquidity Requirements were one-off allocation of RUNE capital for the important BitMax listing.

The November Budget expected to use the less than the full allowance for the following activities:
- RUNEVault Budget of 2,000,000 RUNE. (At this rate, will exceed).
- Operational Budget of around 1,000,000 RUNE (less than 3,250,000 Budget)

RUNE has been allocated for the development and growth of THORChain and its protocol, such as BEPSwap. All disbursements from these allocations will come with full disclosure and RUNE not allocated will be burnt each month.
